1. GENERAL

These Terms apply to all sales of goods and services by AA Frequency Solutions Ltd. Variations must be agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update these Terms.

2. QUOTATIONS

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT, duties, taxes and shipping unless specified.

3. ORDERS

Orders are accepted only upon written confirmation. Customers are responsible for order accuracy.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS

Prices are as agreed. Payment terms are 30 days from invoice. Payment shall be made in the quoted currency to the account on the invoice. Overdue balances may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes in accordance with agreed Incoterms. Notify shortages or damage within 5 working days.

6. GOODS

Title remains with AA Frequency Solutions Ltd. until paid. Warranty and returns are subject to the stated conditions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is limited to the contract value except where excluded by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
